It seems like yesterday that I wrote a blog about winning three prestigious awards at the International Investment Awards. It was actually a year ago and time really has flown by this last year. I’m delighted to confirm that we won the same three awards again this year; Excellence in Client Services (Advisers) – Middle East and Excellence in Advisory Best Practice – Middle East and the overall award for Excellence in Advisory Best Practice.
Winning the same awards two years in a row, is testament to the exceptionally hard work our team have put in, as we focus on consistency. To deliver high standards consistently, is a significant challenge and one our team are dedicated to meeting.
I’d like to thank our wonderful clients for their continued faith in us as we strive to achieve excellence in all aspects of our business. To be recognised regionally is one thing but when the panel of judges agreed that our practices continue to provide the best service and outcomes when compared to all of our competitors in the international market it confirms our efforts are worthwhile.
This is the third year in a row that we have achieved the accolade of ‘Best Practice Advisor’ – ‘Overall Winner’ making a statement of our intention to continue to focus our efforts entirely on what is best for our clients both now and in the future. With a fair, transparent and qualified approach to the advice we give our approach is simple, understandable and always with the clients’ best interest at its core.
We are delighted for the whole team that our efforts have been recognised by II in this way and we intend to re-double our focus on continuing to deliver services above and beyond the expectations of our clients. With global markets rapidly evolving and business practices constantly reinventing themselves the need to remain nimble and client focussed has never been more important. Only by keeping in mind what the market expects from our interactions will we be able to keep ahead of the field.
We don’t generally make a song and dance about the service we provide as we like to quietly deliver better than expected levels of service in all areas of our work. These awards quietly confirm that what we are doing is considered by experts to be ‘best practice’ across the international financial advice market.
